Privacy — what we collect, what we don't.
This is the privacy notice for Mule Digital, the digital agency operating at mule-digital.com. We're a small studio across the United States, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We collect as little data as we can and we never sell it. This page explains what we keep, why, for how long, and what you can do about it.
1.0Who we are
Mule Digital is the data controller for this site. Reach us at info@mule-digital.com for any privacy question.
2.0What we collect
Three buckets:
- Form submissions. When you fill out our project brief, waitlist, or newsletter form, we receive what you wrote — name, email, phone, business details, and your answers. Forms are processed by Formspree (our form provider) and forwarded to our team email.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless) to count page views and referrers. No personal identifiers are collected. We never use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
- Cookies. One first-party cookie remembers your cookie preference. That's it. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
3.0Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and quote your project (legitimate interest).
- To send you newsletters you explicitly subscribed to (consent).
- To understand which pages help and which don't, so we can improve the site (legitimate interest).
4.0How long we keep it
- Form submissions: kept in our team inbox for as long as the relationship is active, then archived for up to 3 years for tax and accounting reasons.
- Newsletter list: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: aggregated and retained by Vercel for up to 12 months.
5.0Who we share it with
Only the processors required to run the studio:
- Formspree — form intake (US-based, GDPR-compliant)
- Vercel — hosting and analytics (US-based, GDPR-compliant)
- Google Workspace — our email (US-based, GDPR-compliant)
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We never share it with anyone outside the list above without your explicit consent.
6.0Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or any jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what we have about you
- Correct — fix anything that's wrong
- Delete — remove your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export — get a copy in a portable format
- Object — opt out of any specific processing
- Complain — to your local data protection authority
Email info@mule-digital.com with the request and we'll handle it within 30 days. No special form, no fuss.
7.0Children
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The Mule Digital Students program is open to teens, but enrollment forms are designed to be filled by parents or guardians for under-18s, and we will delete any data submitted directly by a minor on request.
8.0Changes
If this notice changes meaningfully, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and announce material changes via the newsletter.
