How long does a website project take?

Most websites ship in two to six weeks, depending on tier and scope. Starter Presence (one to three pages) is usually live in two to three weeks. The Brand + Site tier and Full Suite engagements run four to six weeks because they include branding, content writing, and SEO setup. Timeline starts the day we receive the project deposit and your first round of materials.

What's included in the Starter Presence tier at $799?

Starter Presence is a one-to-three-page site for businesses that just need a clean, fast online presence. It includes responsive design, basic SEO setup (titles, meta, sitemap, schema), Google Business Profile linkage, contact form, and analytics. We use your existing logo and copy. Hosting and domain setup are guided but billed separately from your provider. From $799 one-time.

Do I own everything you build?

Yes. The website code, the branding, the content — all of it is yours. We hand off full source files (Figma, code repository, written content) at the end of every project. No proprietary CMS lock-in, no licensing on creative assets, no monthly fee just to keep your site online.

Do you work with businesses outside the US and Europe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're set up to work with businesses across the United States, Belgium, and the Netherlands by default — but we take projects from anywhere with a workable timezone overlap. If you're in another region, send us a brief and we'll let you know if we can do good work for you on the timeline you need.

Yes. Tiers are guidelines, not gates. If you need just a logo, just a website, or just an SEO audit, tell us in the project brief and we'll quote the work directly. Most clients start small and grow into the deeper engagements over time.

What about ongoing support after launch?

Light retainers are available from $99/month and cover analytics review, small monthly polish, content updates, and being reachable when something breaks. Full Suite includes the first 90 days of retainer at no extra cost. You can cancel a retainer any month with no penalty — we don't lock anyone in.

What services do you actually offer?

Six core services: web design, branding, content, social media, SEO, and digital strategy. Most engagements bundle two or three of these. We also build the Mule¹ V1 product, which is a separate offering. We do not do paid ads management, video production, or app development.
